If both teams score the same number of points, the 'Tie 4th Quarter' market resolves to Yes. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game does not start within 48 hours, the market resolves to a fair price. Only points scored in the fourth quarter count, and Kalshi is not affiliated with the NCAA.
