Prediction market odds on this market reflect crowd-sourced sentiment and can diverge noticeably from traditional sportsbook lines. While sportsbooks may incorporate broader factors and sharper lines, prediction markets let participants bet directly on their own assessments, often resulting in wider or narrower spreads depending on recent form and public sentiment. The gap between the two can be especially pronounced if new information emerges right before kickoff.
Injuries, weather updates, or tactical changes announced by either team’s coach can shift expectations and move this market sharply. Key moments like recent form, head-to-head history, or even early goals in the match itself may cause rapid adjustments in probability as traders react to new information before the final whistle.
