However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective belief about the likelihood of each result. The total volume traded provides insight into how much interest there is in each potential outcome, and the price history shows how opinions have evolved over time.

Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either AC Milan or US Lecce would likely cause significant shifts. Tactical changes announced by either manager, or even unexpected weather conditions on match day, could also impact trader sentiment. Furthermore, any significant shifts in public opinion, reflected in sportsbook odds or expert analysis, could also drive movement. A late surge in betting activity on a particular outcome could also cause the price of shares to change rapidly.
