Description

This market will resolve according to the position of Mr. Irrelevant per the official 2026 draft results posted by the NFL. Mr. Irrelevant is defined as the player selected with the final pick of the final round of the NFL Draft. In the event that a player is listed as more than one position, their drafting will be counted only as the first position listed according to the NFL Draft Board. If the 2026 NFL Draft is canceled, not completed, or the position of Mr. Irrelevant cannot be determined by May 9, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Both Polymarket and Kalshi apply identical resolution logic: the position of Mr. Irrelevant (final draft pick) is determined from official NFL sources, with the first listed position as the tiebreaker, and cancellation/incompletion resolving to Other by May 9, 2026.Primary resolution logic: Official NFL Draft results and NFL Draft Board; credible reporting consensus as secondary source

Core resolution logic:

  • Mr. Irrelevant is defined as the player selected with the final pick of the final round of the 2026 NFL Draft
  • Resolution is based on the position listed on the official NFL Draft Board for that player
  • If a player is listed at multiple positions, only the first position listed counts
  • Each market resolves YES if Mr. Irrelevant matches the specified position, NO if he does not
  • The catch-all market (Player A, Player B, Player C, or someone else) resolves YES if no other position market resolves YES
  • If the draft is canceled, not completed, or position cannot be determined by May 9, 2026, all markets resolve to Other

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Multi-position listing: If Mr. Irrelevant is listed as multiple positions (e.g., OT/OG), only the first position listed on the NFL Draft Board is used for resolution
  • Draft cancellation or incompletion: If the 2026 NFL Draft is canceled, not completed, or the position of Mr. Irrelevant cannot be determined by May 9, 2026, all markets resolve to Other
  • Catch-all outcomes: Markets for Player A, Player B, Player C, and someone else are catch-all categories; exactly one market in the group will resolve YES
  • Source hierarchy: Primary source is official NFL information; credible reporting consensus may be used if official sources are delayed or ambiguous
