Description

In the 2026 Genesis Scottish Open, three professional golfers compete together in a 3-ball format during the first round. The golfer with the lowest score for the round wins the matchup. This market determines which of the three players finishes with the best score.

Kalshi

Each market resolves based on which participant achieves the lowest score in their respective 3-ball grouping during the 1st round of the 2026 Genesis Scottish Open. When multiple participants tie for the lowest score, payouts are divided equally among tied participants: Yes payout equals $1 divided by the number of tied participants (rounded down to the nearest cent), with No payout equal to $1 minus the Yes payout. If any golfer withdraws prior to teeing off, all markets resolve to fair market value.

Market prices may shift based on recent player form, injury reports, course conditions, and weather forecasts closer to the event date. Betting action from sharp traders or public money can also drive significant moves. News about any of the three players—recent tournament results, equipment changes, or personal circumstances—could influence implied probabilities. As the tee time approaches, real-time updates on field adjustments and final preparations typically generate increased trading volume and price volatility.
