Description

This event tracks the performance of three golfers competing in the first round of a professional tournament. The outcome depends on which golfer achieves the best score in their three-player group. If any golfer withdraws before starting, the market adjusts to reflect fair value based on the remaining competitors.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on which of the three golfers—Joost Luiten, Sean Crocker, or Francesco Laporta—wins their 3-ball matchup in the first round of the 2026 Amgen Irish Open. A golfer is determined to have 'won' the matchup by posting the lowest score relative to the other two participants at the conclusion of the round. If multiple participants finish tied for the lead, the Yes payout is divided equally among tied participants at a rate of $1 divided by the number of tied golfers (N), rounded down to the nearest cent, with the No payout equal to $1 minus the Yes payout. If any golfer withdraws prior to teeing off, all markets resolve to fair market value.
