On Polymarket and Predict, prices can vary because each platform attracts different user bases and liquidity profiles. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For instance, Polymarket might have deeper German fan participation, skewing its odds toward home-team narratives, while Predict could reflect international or analytical traders. Trading volume differences also play a role — a platform with higher volume often shows more stable prices, whereas thinner markets can swing wildly on single bets. Additionally, each venue sets its own fee structure and product rules, further influencing how traders place bets and what probabilities they’re willing to accept.
