In the upcoming 2. Bundesliga game between 1. FC Kaiserslautern and SV Darmstadt 98, scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the 1. FC Kaiserslautern vs. SV Darmstadt 98 match originally scheduled for September 5, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds in this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect the aggregated wisdom of active traders rather than set bookmaker margins. While sportsbooks may offer spread or over/under lines, this market lets participants bet on the precise score. Traders can react instantly to news, injuries, or weather, which can cause faster shifts in implied probabilities compared to slower-adjusted sportsbook odds.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders set the price for each exact score outcome through a continuous order book. The current top outcome — the scoreline with the highest implied probability — is displayed along with its chance percentage. Prices adjust automatically based on buy and sell orders, so liquidity and recent bets directly shape the market’s shape. You can see the full range of possible scores and their odds at any time.
This market resolves around Sep 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score that appears in official match records will settle all positions, and every exact score outcome will be matched against that result. Traders need only wait for the match to finish and for the result to be reported publicly.
Injuries to key players, weather delays, or tactical changes announced by coaches can all shift trader sentiment and move this market. Any news that affects the perceived likelihood of a particular scoreline — such as a star player being ruled out or a recent form surge — may cause rapid price adjustments. Even pre-match betting trends on Polymarket can influence implied probabilities as more traders place orders.
