On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price of a share indicates the market’s assessment of that outcome’s likelihood. The market’s efficiency depends on active participation and the quality of information available to traders, all contributing to a dynamic and evolving price discovery process.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team – India Women or Zimbabwe Women – hits the most sixes across all matches in the T20 series. Official match statistics will serve as the basis for verification. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result and their positions in this market.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries or changes in team lineups for either India Women or Zimbabwe Women would likely cause movement. Weather forecasts predicting rain during matches could also shift expectations, as reduced overs might favor certain batting strategies. Furthermore, the performance of key players in early matches of the series, and any pre-match analysis from cricket experts, could all contribute to changes in trader sentiment and, consequently, the odds in this market.
