On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust dynamically, reflecting the collective forecast. The market's efficiency is driven by the incentive for traders to accurately predict the outcome, as profitable trades are rewarded, and inaccurate predictions result in losses. This creates a self-correcting system that aims to converge towards the true probability.
This market resolves around Nov 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Oleksandr brothers match, as determined by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against publicly available and reliable sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders who hold shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment. The exact timing of the resolution may vary slightly depending on the speed of official result publication.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before resolution. Any news regarding the physical condition of either Ziakun or Syksa Oleksandr, such as injuries or illness, would likely impact the odds. Changes in their recent performance, training regimens, or coaching strategies could also influence trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements related to the match itself, like venue changes or rule modifications, could also cause shifts. Finally, broader public perception and media coverage surrounding the Oleksandr brothers match could contribute to price fluctuations in this market.
