On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular brother, the price of those shares increases, and the implied probability rises. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price reflects the collective judgment of all participants, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the potential results of the Oleksandr brothers match. The current price indicates the market’s expectation of which brother is favored.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Oleksandr brothers match, as determined by the governing body or official sources for the sport. The market will then pay out to those who correctly predicted the winner. It’s important to note that the resolution process relies on publicly available information and does not involve any subjective interpretation or external judgment calls regarding the match’s results.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Oct 21, 2026. Any news regarding the physical condition of either Ziakun or Syksa Oleksandr, such as injuries or illness, would likely cause significant shifts in the probabilities. Updates on their recent performance in other matches, changes in coaching strategies, or even public statements from the brothers themselves could also move the market. Unexpected developments in the broader competitive landscape of their sport, or even significant weather conditions if the match is outdoors, might also affect trader sentiment and, consequently, the market price.
