The same two teams face off in the opening map of their October 25, 2026, Dota 2 match. This market determines which team will claim the first map in this best-of-three series.
This market resolves based on the outcome of map 1 in the EPL Masters 2026 match between Zero Tenacity and CyberHero, scheduled for October 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. If Zero Tenacity wins map 1, that market resolves to Yes; if CyberHero wins map 1, its market resolves to Yes. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled, or forfeited before play begins, the market resolves to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, resolution follows the official result from the governing body. Kalshi is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing the probability of each team winning map 1. The price of a contract reflects the market’s collective assessment of that outcome’s likelihood. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust to reflect changing expectations. The current price indicates what traders are willing to pay for a contract that pays out if their predicted outcome occurs, effectively representing a real-time probability assessment.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team is declared the winner of map 1 in the Zero Tenacity vs. CyberHero CS2 match. The official game results will serve as the basis for determining the winning contract. Traders who correctly predicted the map 1 winner will receive a payout based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence this market before it resolves. Any news regarding team rosters, player form, or strategic changes could impact trader sentiment. Unexpected results in prior matches or significant announcements about the tournament itself could also cause shifts in the odds. Furthermore, large trades on Kalshi by informed traders could create momentum and move the market. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of the teams’ chances of winning map 1 has the potential to move this market.
