If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to incorporate new information and changing sentiment among traders. The current price reflects the collective assessment of all participants.
This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Zamalek vs. El Ahly match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football association. Any protests or appeals following the match will not affect the resolution of this market, provided an official result is declared. Traders should ensure they understand the timing of the event and the source used to verify the outcome.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Zamalek SC or El Ahly SC would likely cause shifts in the odds. Tactical announcements from either manager, such as confirmed starting lineups or changes in formation, could also influence trading activity. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even significant pre-match commentary from football analysts, could all contribute to price movements in this market. Public sentiment and late-breaking news are also potential catalysts.
