Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven entirely by traders buying and selling their predictions. If a significant number of traders believe a particular outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price of that outcome will decrease, indicating a higher implied probability. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams' strengths and weaknesses. It's worth comparing both to inform your decision.
