PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's market resolves to 'Yes' on *either* team winning, while Polymarket resolves to the specific winning team. Kalshi also references a future date (2026).Hero tip: Kalshi's market is likely to have higher liquidity, but its 'Yes' condition is broader and the date is incorrect. Polymarket's market is more directly tied to the game outcome, but may have lower liquidity.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to the winning team (Giants or BayStars) if the game is played. Resolves 50-50 if the game is canceled or ends in a tie. Date: October 3, 2024. "If the Yomiuri Giants win, the market will resolve to "Yomiuri Giants". If the Yokohama BayStars win, the market will resolve to "Yokohama BayStars"...
  • Kalshi: Resolves to 'Yes' if either the Yokohama BayStars or the Yomiuri Giants win the game originally scheduled for October 3, 2026 at 5:00 AM EDT. Date: October 3, 2026. "If Yokohama DeNA BayStars wins... then the market resolves to Yes. If Yomiuri Giants wins... then the market resolves to Yes."
