This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team finishes the Swiss Stage of the 2026 League of Legends World Championship (Worlds 2026) with a 3-0 match record, meaning it wins each of its first three Swiss Stage matches. Worlds 2026 is currently scheduled for October 15 to November 14, 2026, with the Swiss Stage scheduled for October 23 to October 31, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Match records count series results, not individual games: each Swiss Stage match counts once, whether it is played as a Bo1 or a Bo3. Forfeits and other administrative results count as officially recorded by Riot Games. If the listed team loses any Swiss Stage match, does not compete in the Swiss Stage (e.g. it is eliminated in the Play-In), or it otherwise becomes impossible for the listed team to finish the Swiss Stage 3-0, the associated market will resolve to "No". If Worlds 2026 is canceled, postponed after December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or the Swiss Stage results have not been determined within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, Riot Games, via the LoL Esports website (https://lolesports.com). However, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/leagueoflegends/World_Championship/2026) may also be used.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own analysis and information. If analysts or polls suggest a particular team is favored, you might see the odds for that team decrease in this market as more traders buy in, indicating a higher perceived probability of them achieving a 3-0 win. However, discrepancies can also arise due to differing information or risk assessments.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each team's probability of going 3-0 in the Swiss Stage. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular team, the price increases, reflecting a growing consensus that they are more likely to win. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down, indicating decreasing confidence. The market efficiently aggregates information from all participants.
This market resolves around Dec 15, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the results of the Worlds 2026 Swiss Stage are verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the market will determine which teams achieved a 3-0 victory during the Swiss Stage of the tournament. The resolution will be based on the official match results as published by the tournament organizers, ensuring a transparent and verifiable outcome for all participants in this market.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Major roster changes for key teams, unexpected upsets in preliminary matches, or news regarding player injuries could all shift trader sentiment. Strong performances by underdogs in early stages of the tournament could lead to increased buying pressure on those teams' shares. Any information that alters the perceived competitive balance, such as strategic shifts or changes in team form, has the potential to move the odds in this market as traders react to the latest developments.
