This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Pakistan Champions and Bangladesh Champions scheduled for October 3 2026 at 11:30 AM ET in World Championship of Legends. The outcome corresponding to Pakistan Champions will be considered correct if Pakistan Champions is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Bangladesh Champions will be considered correct if Bangladesh Champions is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from initial sportsbook odds which are often set by analysts. Sportsbooks may initially incorporate biases or rely on traditional statistical models, while this market aggregates diverse opinions from a wide range of participants. It's common to see prediction market probabilities shift as new information becomes available and more traders participate, potentially leading to odds that more accurately reflect the true probability of an outcome than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Examining these differences can be insightful for informed decision-making.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants. The current price indicates what the market believes is the probability of the Pakistan Champions winning the toss.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the toss in the World Championship of Legends match between the Pakistan Champions and the Bangladesh Champions. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final outcome of this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team rosters, player form, or strategic changes could impact trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about the match schedule or location could also cause fluctuations. Furthermore, general hype surrounding the World Championship of Legends tournament and increased media coverage of the Pakistan Champions or Bangladesh Champions could drive more participation and potentially alter the probabilities. Major upsets in other matches within the tournament could also indirectly affect this market as traders reassess team strengths.
