Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows anyone to trade and express their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both platforms. However, it's important to note that prediction market odds are dynamic and change based on trading activity, potentially converging with sportsbook odds as the event nears.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting growing confidence. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment regarding the League of Legends India vs Bangladesh match.

This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The team with the most sixes scored during the World Championship of Legends India Champions vs Bangladesh Champions match will be declared the winner.
