This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between Bangladesh Champions and South Africa Champions scheduled for October 14 2026 at 11:30 AM ET in World Championship of Legends. The outcome corresponding to Bangladesh Champions will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from Bangladesh Champions. The outcome corresponding to South Africa Champions will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from South Africa Champions. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular batter, the price increases, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of those trading, offering a constantly updated assessment of the most likely top batter in this World Championship of Legends match.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The top batter will be determined by official tournament statistics, specifically the highest number of runs scored by an individual player during the World Championship of Legends match between the Bangladesh and South Africa Champions. The result will be based on the official scorecard and confirmed through widely available sports news sources, ensuring a transparent and verifiable resolution for this market.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market before resolution. Any news regarding player form, injuries, or changes to team lineups would likely cause significant shifts. Unexpected weather conditions during the match could also impact batting performance and therefore the market. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from cricket experts, particularly those focusing on key player matchups, could sway trader sentiment. Finally, significant betting activity or large trades on Polymarket itself could also drive price movement as traders react to new information or adjust their positions.
