In the upcoming KPL best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-10-05 12:45 UTC: if EDward Gaming wins the series, the market will resolve to "EDward Gaming"; if Wolves wins the series, the market will resolve to "Wolves". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: https://kpl.qq.com. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks set odds based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, whereas this market is driven purely by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant number of people believe a sportsbook is undervaluing a particular outcome, the prediction market will likely show a different probability. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately forecast events, especially as more information becomes available and the event draws nearer.
On Opinion, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as assessed by the collective intelligence of the traders. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform doesn’t use any external factors to directly influence pricing; it’s entirely driven by supply and demand. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust, providing a dynamic and evolving forecast for the Wolves vs EDward Gaming match.
This market resolves around Oct 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Wolves vs EDward Gaming match as declared by the governing esports league. The platform will then determine the winning outcome and distribute payouts to those who correctly predicted the result. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how this market will be settled.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Oct 5, 2026. Any news regarding team rosters, player form, or strategic changes could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about player injuries or changes in the match schedule would also likely cause movement. Major upsets in other related matches, or even broader trends in esports viewership, could also play a role. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of the Wolves’ or EDward Gaming’s chances of winning will likely be reflected in the market price.
