Description

These markets assess how many goals will be scored in the second period of an NHL game between Winnipeg and Pittsburgh. Each market corresponds to a different threshold of total goals, determining whether the scoring exceeds that benchmark. The outcomes depend solely on the official game result, with specific handling for postponements or cancellations.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by both teams combined in the second period of the Winnipeg vs Pittsburgh NHL game scheduled for October 5, 2026. A 'Yes' outcome occurs when the collective goals exceed the specified threshold for each market (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals). If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the markets remain open and resolve according to the final official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price. Overtime goals in the third period are excluded from consideration for these second-period-specific markets.
