Description

This market tracks the outcome of the first half of a college basketball game between Western Carolina and North Carolina. It resolves based on which team leads at the end of the first half, or if the game is tied. The result reflects the competitive performance of each team in the initial segment of the contest.

Kalshi

The market resolves to Yes if Western Carolina, North Carolina, or neither team (i.e., a tie) wins the first half of the men's college basketball game scheduled for November 2, 2026. Specifically, if Western Carolina scores more points than North Carolina in the first half, the market resolves to Yes under the Western Carolina rule. Similarly, if North Carolina scores more points than Western Carolina in the first half, the market resolves to Yes under the North Carolina rule. If both teams score the same number of points in the first half, resulting in a tie, the market also resolves to Yes under the Tie rule. Only points scored during the first half are considered for resolution, and the market is unaffected by the final outcome of the full game.
