On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each player being the top batter. As more shares are purchased for a particular player, the price of those shares increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that player winning, allowing traders to express their views and profit if their predictions are accurate. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants.
This market resolves around Oct 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on which player scores the most runs across all matches in the West Indies Tour of India T20 series. In the event of a tie, the player who reached the score in fewer innings will be considered the winner. The official match results and player statistics will serve as the basis for determining the winning outcome of this market.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Player form leading up to and during the series is a significant driver, with strong performances likely to increase a player’s share price. Injury news or unexpected team selections could also cause substantial shifts, as could weather conditions that might favor certain batting styles. Major news regarding player availability, changes in pitch conditions, or even expert analysis predicting a specific player’s success could all contribute to movement in this market before resolution.
