This event is for the upcoming EFL Championship game, scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026 between Watford FC and Lincoln City FC.
The markets resolve based on the full-time result of the Watford vs Lincoln EFL Championship soccer match scheduled for November 3, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time or penalties. A 'Yes' outcome for Watford or Lincoln occurs only if that team wins the match within regular time. If the match ends level, the 'Tie' market resolves to 'Yes.' Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform rules. The markets are independent of any official league affiliations, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
This market resolves to "YES" if the listed club wins after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, in the match scheduled for November 3, 2026, 19:45 UTC. Otherwise, it will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If the match is not completed as scheduled for any reason (for example, if it is abandoned, canceled, or awarded), and an official final result is recognized by the governing body or event organizers, this market will resolve based on that result. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "NO." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds, like those found for this market, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the nature of how they are determined. Sportsbooks set odds based on their internal models and aim to profit from balancing action on both sides of a bet. Prediction markets, however, are driven by the collective opinions of individuals who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This can lead to more efficient and potentially more accurate odds, especially as more information becomes available. The volume traded on this market is currently $678, reflecting the level of interest and conviction among forecasters.
Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Price discrepancies between Polymarket and Kalshi for this market can arise from several factors. Differences in trader demographics, liquidity, and market-making activity can all contribute to varying prices. Polymarket may attract a different user base than Kalshi, leading to differing opinions on the likelihood of each outcome. Furthermore, the volume of trading on each platform—currently $678 overall—can influence price discovery. These platforms operate with independent order books, so even with the same underlying event, differing supply and demand dynamics can result in price divergence.
