Description

These markets track how many goals are scored in the third period of an NHL hockey game between Washington and Carolina. Each market corresponds to a different scoring threshold, determining whether the period was high-scoring or not. The outcomes depend solely on the official game result within the specified timeframe.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by both teams specifically during the third period of the Washington vs Carolina NHL game scheduled for October 13, 2026, excluding any overtime play. Each market has a distinct threshold: over 0.5, over 1.5, or over 2.5 goals. If the cumulative goals in the third period exceed the respective threshold, the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. Postponements are allowed if the game starts within 48 hours of the original time, with resolution based on the final official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within the 48-hour window, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants.
