Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability as assessed by traders. If prediction markets consistently diverge from sportsbook odds, it could indicate that the market believes the sportsbook is mispricing the event. It’s important to note that both represent probabilities, but are derived through different mechanisms and may reflect differing levels of information and analysis regarding the Poitiers tennis match.
