Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant number of informed bettors believe a sportsbook has mispriced an outcome, we may see the prediction market odds diverge. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbooks, especially when there's strong public interest and a lot of trading activity surrounding an event.
