On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its shares will climb. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards another outcome, its share price will increase while the first outcome’s price decreases. This dynamic pricing reflects the evolving expectations of the crowd.
This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the W50 Burgas tennis match between Ana Lungu and Darya Velikova. The platform will verify the result against established sports data sources to determine the winning player. The market will then settle, and traders will receive payouts based on the final outcome and their positions in the market.
Several factors could influence the trading activity and price movement in this market. Unexpected results in other matches involving these players, or broader trends in the tennis world, might also play a role.
