Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, arbitrage opportunities may arise. It’s common to find that prediction markets are more accurate than sportsbook odds, particularly when there's a large amount of volume traded, suggesting a well-informed collective prediction.
