Prediction market odds often reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven purely by traders’ willingness to buy or sell. If a significant discrepancy exists between this market and sportsbook odds, it could indicate that traders possess information not fully captured by sportsbooks, or simply have a different assessment of the probabilities involved. It's important to consider both when forming your own opinion.
