Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while Polymarket allows traders to directly assess the probability of an outcome. This can lead to discrepancies, as the 'wisdom of the crowd' on Polymarket may assign different probabilities than professional oddsmakers. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbooks in accuracy, especially when there’s significant public interest and active trading volume in this market.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a specific outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price is determined entirely by supply and demand; if more traders believe HAJAR CRINEBOUCH will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event's potential results.

Unexpected upsets in earlier rounds of the tournament, or even weather forecasts affecting the match schedule, could also cause movement. Increased media coverage or public attention focused on either player might also drive volume and alter the perceived probabilities, leading to a dynamic shift in this market’s pricing.
