Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks frequently incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, aiming to profit regardless of the outcome. This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the result. As such, the odds here may differ from those found at sportsbooks, potentially offering value to informed bettors. It's common to see prediction markets outperform traditional odds, especially when there's significant public information available and a diverse range of participants.
