Generally, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, but may also incorporate a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. If prediction market odds significantly diverge from sportsbook odds, it could indicate that the crowd believes the sportsbook has mispriced the event. It’s important to compare both to form a well-rounded view of the likely result.

The current price reflects the collective assessment of all traders on the platform, and the market's liquidity—represented by the trading volume—influences how quickly prices adjust to new information.
