Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can often be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially as an event approaches. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets allow traders to directly assess probabilities. However, it’s important to remember that both are simply estimations of potential outcomes. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information sources, biases, or simply variations in opinion. Comparing these odds can provide a broader perspective on the anticipated result of this market.
