Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their odds based on internal models and aim to balance their risk, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. Discrepancies can arise from differing information, biases, or simply a larger and more diverse pool of participants. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information, potentially leading to odds that diverge from those found at sportsbooks.
