Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own analysis and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply the varying levels of participation. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks, especially in situations where public opinion strongly diverges from initial expectations. Examining both can provide a more comprehensive view.
