Prediction market odds often reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, potentially differing from sportsbook odds which are set by professional oddsmakers. Sportsbooks may incorporate factors like public betting patterns and perceived biases, while this market aggregates the views of many independent traders. If there's a significant discrepancy between the two, it could indicate that the crowd believes the sportsbook is mispricing the event, or that new information hasn't yet been fully incorporated into sportsbook lines. It’s important to consider both sources when forming your own assessment of the likely outcome.
