Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets aim to represent the true probability of an event occurring as assessed by traders. Therefore, this market’s odds may differ from initial sportsbook lines, especially as new information becomes available and more traders participate. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately reflect the collective wisdom of informed bettors, potentially offering an edge over traditional odds.
