Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders, aims to reflect the true probability of an event occurring. While sportsbooks may initially set odds based on expert analysis, prediction markets can quickly adjust as new information emerges and more people participate. It’s common to see discrepancies, with this market sometimes offering more favorable odds than those available elsewhere.
