On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand, ultimately reflecting the collective probability of the event occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe a particular outcome will happen, the higher the price of shares representing that outcome will rise, and vice-versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated to reflect the latest information and sentiment.

Several signals could influence the price movement of this market before resolution. Any news regarding the players' form, fitness, or recent performance could significantly impact the odds. For example, an injury to one of the players, or a particularly strong showing in a previous match, could shift trader sentiment. Also, changes in weather conditions at the tournament location, or any unexpected events that might affect the match schedule, could also cause the market to react. Overall, any information that alters the perceived probability of either player winning is likely to move this market.
