On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market depth—the number of shares available at different price points—indicates the strength of conviction among traders. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly adjust to new information and reflect collective expectations.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Antalya tennis match between Nadia Affelt and Ema Harajda, as reported by a recognized tennis authority. Several factors could influence this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in playing conditions (weather, court surface), or updated player rankings could shift the odds. Significant betting activity from well-informed traders—often referred to as 'smart money'—can also cause price movements. Unexpected results in other matches involving these players, or even general shifts in public perception, could also play a role. Monitoring tennis news and analyzing trading volume on Polymarket will provide insights into potential catalysts.
