Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can sometimes differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on models and internal analysis, while this market is driven by the collective predictions of individual traders. If a significant discrepancy exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both platforms. However, it’s important to remember that prediction markets often incorporate more information and are less susceptible to biases than traditional betting markets, potentially leading to more accurate forecasts.
