Prediction market odds often reflect a different kind of wisdom than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. This can lead to differences in probabilities, especially when there’s strong public sentiment or information not fully reflected in traditional odds. Examining these differences can be valuable for identifying potential betting opportunities.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price rises, increasing its implied probability, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants. The current price reflects the aggregated predictions of those actively trading in this market.

This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the McAdoo vs Mamedova match as declared by the relevant boxing authorities.
