On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in a particular outcome. The price of these shares fluctuates based on supply and demand, effectively creating a probability estimate. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders believe a certain outcome is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing reflects the wisdom of the crowd and provides a real-time assessment of the event’s potential results.
This market resolves around Nov 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Volkov vs. Kotiash match, as declared by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome corresponds to the actual event result. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market leading up to Nov 3, 2026. Any news regarding injuries to either fighter, changes in their training regimens, or updates on their physical condition could significantly impact trader sentiment. Public statements from the fighters or their coaches, as well as expert analysis from boxing commentators, could also shift the odds. Unexpected developments in the broader fighting landscape, or even significant shifts in public betting patterns at sportsbooks, may also contribute to price movement in this market.
