The event resolves based on the result of the first half of the Villarreal vs Espanyol professional La Liga soccer match scheduled for October 30, 2026. If Villarreal scores more goals than Espanyol by the end of the first 45 minutes plus stoppage time, the 'Villarreal wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If Espanyol scores more goals than Villarreal within the same timeframe, the 'Espanyol wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. Should both teams score an equal number of goals, or if no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market will resolve to a fair price as determined by the governing rules. The event exclusively considers the first half's outcome and does not account for the full match result.
