All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets allow traders to directly assess the probability of an event. This can lead to discrepancies, with this market potentially offering odds that differ from those found at major sportsbooks. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbooks in accuracy, as they aggregate the wisdom of the crowd and are incentivized to accurately forecast outcomes. Analyzing these differences can reveal insights into public perception and potential value.

Traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores in the Viking FK vs. KFUM Oslo match, and the price of each share reflects the market's collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds continuously adjust to incorporate new information and changing sentiment among traders. The current price of each share directly corresponds to its implied probability.
