In the upcoming UEFA Champions League game between Viking FK and FC Bayern München, scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Viking FK vs. FC Bayern München match originally scheduled for October 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially closer to the event. This is because prediction markets aggregate the wisdom of the crowd, incorporating a wider range of information and perspectives. While sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert opinions, this market allows anyone to participate and express their beliefs, leading to a more refined probability assessment. However, discrepancies can exist due to differing market structures and user bases. It’s useful to compare the implied probabilities from both sources to gain a comprehensive understanding.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing different exact scores. The price of each contract reflects the collective belief of the traders about the probability of that score occurring. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust accordingly, providing a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likely outcome. The market’s efficiency depends on the number of participants and the information they possess, so higher volume generally indicates a more accurate price.
This market resolves around Oct 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the Viking FK vs. Bayern München match will be used to determine the winning contract. Any adjustments or official revisions to the score made by the governing football authorities will be considered in the resolution process. The goal is to ensure a fair and transparent outcome based on the definitive result of the game, as reported by reliable sources.
Several factors could influence this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Viking FK or Bayern München would likely cause significant shifts in the odds. Tactical announcements from either manager, such as confirmed starting lineups or changes in formation, could also impact trading activity. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even significant pre-match commentary from football analysts, could also move the market. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of the teams' relative strengths or the likely game flow could lead to price fluctuations.
