However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially when considering the wisdom of the crowd. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to attract action, and may adjust less frequently than the dynamic pricing seen here. This market reflects the collective intelligence of traders, who continuously update their beliefs based on new information. While sportsbooks may offer different odds based on their own modeling and profit margins, this market provides a real-time assessment of the probability of each exact score.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date collective forecast. The current total volume for this market is $7,764.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the VfL Osnabrück versus SpVgg Greuther Fürth match will be used to determine the winning outcome. Once the official result is available, the shares for the correct exact score will be worth 1 USDC, while all other shares will be worth 0 USDC. Traders will be able to redeem their shares for the corresponding value at that time.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Additionally, pre-match analysis from sports analysts and updated betting odds from sportsbooks may also impact the market. A significant shift in public opinion, perhaps driven by social media discussions, could also lead to price movements. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of a specific exact score could move this market before Oct 25, 2026.
