In the upcoming 2. Bundesliga game between VfL Osnabrück and 1. FC Kaiserslautern, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the VfL Osnabrück vs. 1. FC Kaiserslautern match originally scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 7:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks typically incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, ensuring a profit margin, while this market allows traders to directly assess the probability of each exact score. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information sources, varying levels of expertise among participants, and the influence of market sentiment. If you believe the crowd’s assessment differs significantly from sportsbook offerings, this market presents an opportunity to capitalize on those perceived mispricings.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices adjust dynamically, creating a constantly updated forecast. The market’s efficiency relies on the wisdom of the crowd and the incentive for traders to accurately predict the final result of the Osnabrück vs. Kaiserslautern match.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Osnabrück vs. Kaiserslautern match, as reported by a recognized sports data provider, will determine the winning exact score. Traders who hold shares in the correct outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution. It’s important to monitor the event’s progress leading up to this date to stay informed.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions for either Osnabrück or Kaiserslautern could significantly impact the perceived probabilities. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from sports analysts, weather conditions on match day, and even public sentiment expressed on social media can all contribute to price movements. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for anyone looking to trade effectively in this market before it resolves.
