This market will resolve to "YES" if the combined total number of goals scored by VfB Stuttgart and Atletico Madrid is 3 or higher during regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time only) in the UEFA Champions League match scheduled for October 20, 2026, 19:00 UTC. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "50-50." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on models and internal analysis, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their money behind their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams' strengths and weaknesses. It's common to see prediction markets move independently of sportsbook lines, especially as new information emerges closer to the event date.
On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether VfB Stuttgart and Atletico Madrid will have 3 or more total goals. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand. When more people believe the outcome will occur, demand increases, driving up the price, and vice versa. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the aggregated sentiment of all traders participating in this market, providing a real-time assessment of the probability of that outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the total number of goals scored by both VfB Stuttgart and Atletico Madrid during their match. If the combined goal count is three or more, the market will resolve in favor of the 'yes' outcome. If the total is fewer than three goals, the market will resolve in favor of the 'no' outcome. The final result will be determined by official match statistics.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either VfB Stuttgart or Atletico Madrid would likely have a significant impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions could also shift traders' expectations. Unexpected announcements about starting lineups or pre-match analysis from reputable sources could also cause the odds to move. Overall, any information that alters the perceived probability of the game exceeding 2.5 goals could drive trading volume and price fluctuations.
